Ideally all of us should stay home right now, but some people don’t have that option – they need to sell or find a home right now.  We have adjusted our marketing and developed protocols and guidelines making it possible to sell or buy a home safely and responsibly – even in the midst of a pandemic.

We make the most of available technology to minimize person to person contact as much as possible, including:

• Electronic Documents
• Zoom Consultations
• Mobile Notary

We have developed safety protocols, guidelines and requirements to make any in-person tasks as safe as possible. 

• We make it easy for buyers to get familiar with a house remotely, by using the highest quality photography, video, 3D virtual tours & floorplans.
• Buyers are required to view the 3D virtual tour and have mortgage preapproval or proof of funds before making an appointment for an in-person showing. We also encourage them to drive by the house beforehand. These requirements are shared online so buyers and agents know what to expect.
• We request that sellers vacate the home for a safe period of time if anyone needs to enter, such as the photographer, cleaning staff or ourselves.
• We require full PPE for anyone entering the house.
• We ask sellers to leave cabinet and closet doors ajar so they can be nudged open rather than touched.
• Surfaces are disinfected prior to, after, and between appointments.
