Staging
Unlike interior design, staging is specifically focused on highlighting and directing the eye toward your home's best features, while maintaining the neutrality that allows buyers to imagine themselves living in your home.
3D Virtual Tours
We invest in Matterport™ 3D Virtual Tours and doll house floorplans. This allows the buyer to "walk through" your home remotely, getting familiar with the home before requesting an in-person showing. This is also an important tool in our safety protocols and strategy around COVID-19.

Social Media
We begin marketing your home on social media as soon as the home is listed. We post teasers and sneak peeks across multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In. We invest in Facebook boosts and other online advertising. Our social media marketing strategy utilizes livestream, hashtags, stories etc. to build a buzz about your home, setting the stage for a great marketing launch once it's ready to go on the market.
Other Agents
Most serious buyers have representation. Which is why we not only cooperate with other agents, we market TO other agents, through agent networks, agent-targeted digital postcards, livestream brokers' open houses, and emailing agents representing potential buyers via MLS. Some real estate agents will first try to sell a property without the involvement of another agent, we feel this attitude puts the agent's interest in front of the client's, and is not the way to get the highest possible sale price in the shortest time.
Digital Marketing
